Facilities and Services
The cottages are fully self contained. A functional and fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities self catering. Breakfast ingredients are included in the tarrif. Offstreet parking is available.
No cooked meals are provided, but there are many excellent restaurants and hotels in the Hobart city centre about five minutes walk away.
Refuse disposal. laundering and towels and renewal of breakfast provisions are done daily.
General cleaning and changing of bed linen is done regularly.
A telephone is provided and local calls are free of charge.

Checking in/out
Earliest check in time is 1.00 pm - check out is 10.00 am

Credit Cards
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard, Diners and American Express. We also accept cheques and cash.

Left Property
Please check you cottage before leaving. We will return left property to you on request and charge a $10 postage and handling fee.

Cancellation Policy
We are a small business and our cottages are in high demand and usually booked out well in advance, so it is necessary to have a cancellation policy.
Corinda's cottages require a 25% deposit at the time of booking a reservation in the form of a Credit Card guarantee or cheque.
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to departure, your deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made less that thirty days prior to departure, will attract a cancellation fee equal to the 25% deposit.
If the reserved services are not utilised, or if a cancellation is made less than seven days prior to departure, the full tariff will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Special Needs
Please advise of any special needs or requests prior to
booking. Please not that all our cottages have stairs, all bedrooms are upstairs and all bathrooms are located on the ground floor. We do not cater for the disabled.

Travel Insurance
We strrongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover loss of accommodation expenses in the event of cancellation.
